Today was Mexican Fiesta day in my son's 1st grade class. We had a ball! They did a hat dance, broke a pinata, ate great food and made crafts. Each class does one "BIG" celebration every year. This was it for 1st grade. It was a great time!

These photos are from the inside of a liquor store. I did an inspection here and snapped these during it as I thought they looked cool. There are also bicycles hanging from the ceiling among other things. It looks really cool.

Meet BOB... He's our steer. We've had him almost a year now. He's a great little, well not so little anymore, guy. He keeps April, our horse, company and she's very protective of him. We plan to get him another friend whenever the timing works out.

Blowing bubbles... This is my youngest son who wanted to blow bubbles and was having such a fun time I couldn't resist these photos. I was not quick enough to get him standing on top of the cab of the truck when he went outside to blow them!

Aren't we thankful when our kids get old enough to put the thermometer under their tongue instead of their arm or well "other places"... My middle son was running a fever today so he stayed home from school... Nothing serious, thank goodness!

This is the RR Crossing sign in Fountain. We were stopped here for quite a while after church on Sunday.

Our horse, April, got her hooves trimmed today. She was pretty cooperative for the front two but the back were a different story. The farrier and I won the battle but she gave us a little run for our money!

I picked these "dead" flowers on my walk today. I thought they were both pretty cool in their own way, so I decided to take pics of them separate and then together.
