Spring Break, Snow Day Play Day. The kids got to play in the drifts today. They had a great time! They had their own mini mountains! Hot chocolate always does the trick to bring them back in!

This is the view out my front window at the blizzard. It was VERY WINDY. We ended up getting probably 3 inches and 3-4 foot drifts from the wind.

Today I had the privilege of taking engagement photos and will also get to take the wedding photos in July. I'm looking forward to it! Just glad the weather cooperated before the snow started flying! Another spring storm in the Rockies is on the way! I'm sure it will be great weather in a gorgeous setting in July!

This was the first real day of Spring Break. The kids had fun doing art projects. One of their favorite pass times when they are home! He actually worked about 3 hours on this one thing and got it finished!

I've been watching this area with the sunrise every morning for quite sometime. I either just miss the time I want to take the shot, I don't have my camera with me or I'm running late getting the kids to school. Today I had my camera and wasn't running late. I want to take another with the sun a little higher one of these days to see the difference. I think it's beautiful!
