I have noticed that since doing this 365 project I am much more aware of my surroundings and looking for my daily shot. This wildflower was calling my name after the rain!

This is a pair from my kitten collection. Now I have two "real" cats, but when I got these I was in High School, believe it or not, and they have always been a part of my decor as I have not always been able to have house cats!

Can you believe how orange this flower is? You can see it for quite a ways away on the prairie.

It is not every day that God blesses us with a reminder of his promise. Today was one of those days. I thought I was going to have to post a photo I took while driving which was not that great but there ended up being two more rainbows before I got home and was able to pull over and shoot them. If you look closely you can see another faint one to the left of the bright one.
